Terms of Service

Pulse is a marketing intelligence platform that lets digital agencies view their clients' data from third-party platforms (such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) in a unified dashboard. Pulse is read-only — it fetches reporting data on your behalf and displays it. It does not modify any campaigns, audiences, bids, or settings on connected platforms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. By using Pulse, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and complete information when you sign up

You may not share your account with another person, create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits, or impersonate any other person or entity.

When you connect a third-party platform (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) to Pulse:

• You confirm that you have legal authority to grant Pulse read access to that platform account
• You confirm that doing so does not violate any agreement you have with the account owner or that platform's terms of service
• You may revoke Pulse's access at any time, either inside Pulse (Disconnect button) or via the connected platform's permission settings
• You acknowledge that Pulse's reports reflect the data those platforms return — we do not modify, enrich, or independently verify those numbers

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or proprietary parts of the Service
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access
• Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Service without our written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure
• Bypass any access controls, including connecting accounts you do not have authorization to view

We aim to keep Pulse available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party platform outages, or factors outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid customers.

Pulse has a Free plan and paid plans. The Free plan connects Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Apple Ads, Adjust, GA4, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Search Console, and PageSpeed and covers up to 10 ad accounts across your whole workspace, with a maximum of 2 per platform. It includes every pre-built dashboard and unlimited team members, and it stays free — no card required.

Paid plans raise the account limit and add features aimed at client delivery, including shareable client report links, scheduled report delivery, your own branding on reports, and, on our top plan, AI-written summaries and your own domain on report links. The current plans, prices, and what each includes are on our pricing page.

Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on what you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. Your card is charged on the same date each period. Taxes may be added where we are required to collect them.

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The new price applies from your next renewal, so you always have a full period to decide. The Free plan will continue to be available.

Free accounts may be subject to fair-use limits on API requests and storage. We will notify you if your usage approaches a limit.

A 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If Pulse is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike, and it covers your first paid subscription — not later renewals or a repeat upgrade.

We offer it because the Free plan lets you try Pulse with your own accounts and your own data, but it cannot show you the paid features. The guarantee covers that gap.

Cancel whenever you like. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time, with no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no need to contact us first. Your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. You keep full access until that date.

Outside the 14 days, we do not refund part-used periods. If you cancel mid-month or part-way through an annual plan, you keep access until the period ends but we do not refund the remaining time. The same applies if you move to a cheaper plan: the change takes effect at your next renewal.

If we are at fault, ask us anyway. If Pulse was unusable for a meaningful stretch, if you were charged after cancelling, or if something went wrong that was our doing, email us and we will put it right. We would rather sort it out than hide behind this section.

How to request a refund. Email grow@krytal.com from the address on your account and tell us your workspace name. We will confirm within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with — how quickly it shows up is down to your bank, and usually takes five to ten days.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer or contract law that applies where you live.

Our IP: The Pulse Service, its design, code, content, and trademarks are owned by Krytal. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during your subscription. No other rights are granted.

Your data: You retain all rights to data you connect to or generate within Pulse. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE NUMBERS DISPLAYED WILL ALWAYS EXACTLY MATCH WHAT YOU SEE IN THE NATIVE PLATFORMS (DUE TO TIMING, SAMPLING, OR PLATFORM-SIDE PROCESSING DELAYS).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRYTAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. FOR FREE ACCOUNTS, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Krytal harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the Settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. We will give reasonable notice unless the breach is severe (e.g., security threats or fraud).

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krytal is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
